Sponsoring Angel Casts services helps us support grieving families with memory-making, comfort, and care at a time of profound loss.
We offer a range of sponsorship options to suit different budgets, each directly contributing to the support we provide to families across the Waikato.
A full set of casts can be sponsored for children of all ages we work with, from around 18 weeks gestation through to 12 years old. These include stone casts of both hands and both feet, created as exact impressions that preserve fingerprints, skin texture, and every fine detail. These give parents a tangible keepsake of their baby or child, offering comfort and connection.
You may also choose to sponsor other meaningful parts of our service, including:
• Volunteer travel – $20, travel to and from Waikato Hospital or local funeral homes
• Inkless printing kits – $10, providing families with four sets of hand and foot prints
• A pair of teddies – $5, where one teddy stays with baby and the matching teddy stays with mum.
Each sponsorship helps ensure families receive compassionate, dignified support without cost at a time when they need it most.
This sponsorship is a charitable donation. No goods or services are provided to the sponsor. All donations are tax deductible.
If you wish, a small card can be included with the casts acknowledging that they were sponsored by you or your family, and you may include a brief message such as “sponsored with love from the Robertson whaanau” or “paying it forward in memory of our Grandson” as some ideas.
